Supreme Systems have been highly influential in developing our business plans. We have a dedicated technician who understands our current business needs, we have emergency call out to ensure we can professionally repair any unforeseen problems quickly…most problems are fixed within minutes through remote access by the helpdesk. We are constantly advised and encouraged to implement “better business systems” from our Client Services Manager Angela Hart and Steve who manages the Technical team (especially in these times) do not require capital expenditure.
We initially used Supreme Systems in an emergency and we received a very fast and efficient service from them. We have now signed a contract with them and the guys and gals at Supreme are always on hand to diagnose our IT problems and 99.9% of the time they solve them straight away. They have recently installed a new server for us, and never complain when I’m on the phone asking what must appear to be some daft questions. We would definitely recommend this company for IT support.
