The Rehabilitation Partnership Ltd (TRP) is a Midlands based organisation that provide specialist and innovative case management services to meet the needs of individuals with an acquired brain injury or catastrophic injury in a truly client-centred manner.
TRP responded to our offer of an IT project at no cost, something that our Service Delivery Team periodically offers to our contracted clients. They were supplied with a handful of potential tailored projects, from which to select one which they felt was the most valuable to the business.
TRP chose to implement a Microsoft 365 Password Synchronisation, something that would allow them to securely login to multiple applications automatically, an ideal quality-of-life and security upgrade for the business.
The Supreme Team commenced with the first stages of the project by preparing TRP’s company server with an installation of the Microsoft Azure AD Connect tool and then proceeded with an audit of user accounts to ensure they corresponded with the email addresses in Microsoft 365. It is paramount that the details are fully aligned to the set-up of Microsoft 365 Password Synchronisation to be successful.
The next step required a test synchronisation of passwords to ensure that Microsoft 365 was communicating accurately with their server and, thanks to the thorough audit process, no issues were found. Following this, the synchronisation was activated and the project completed.
The implementation of the Microsoft 365 Password Synchronisation project was a success. The team completed the project promptly and with no setbacks, ensuring minimal disruption to the staff at TRP.
Rebecca Hey, Brain Injury Case Manager & Director at TRP, said “Supreme Systems identified a number of products that would be beneficial to TRP, demonstrating careful consideration of our business requirements. Password synchronisation was recognised as an efficiency for everyone in the business with its efficacy acknowledged by all. From inception to completion there was a timely and seamless implementation, continuing their exemplary track record of delivering for our business.”
