We have now been with Supreme Systems for nearly two years having previously utilised both small and nationally known companies for IT support. We have a dedicated IT Manager who understands our current business needs, we have emergency call out to ensure we can professionally repair any unforeseen problems quickly…most problems are fixed within minutes through remote access by the helpdesk. Having had experience of a few different IT support companies I can say that having SS as our IT support provider has been the best choice we could have made. As you know we had so many problems with our previous IT supplier but I’m happy to say SS are everything an IT support company should be for a small business like us.

The level of service we have received from SS has been excellent but a few specifics are:-

  • Friendly, professional & capable staff (on this point I have to single out Richard as in my opinion he is a major plus for SS. He is the best IT support guy I have dealt with not just in terms of technical capability but also his friendly and very helpful manner.
  • SS never say no! Whatever we need, SS can do it.
  • All helpdesk tickets are dealt with promptly.
