The Challenge
Our client, a Letting Agent based in the Jewellery Quarter of Birmingham approached us when they decided to introduce an effective method of handling their email communications. The company from the onset expressed how eager they were to implement a more professional method of handling their emails but their budgets were limited so they would be interested in a cost effective solution to their problem
The Solution
After a full audit of their environment which included a question and answer session with staff members to determine their usage requirements we discovered that the company used hotmail for their business emails and then later POP3 email accounts provided by their web hosting company.
From our findings, we recommended and implemented:
• A hosted Microsoft Exchange solution.
• Configured their users outlook profiles accordingly (i.e. joebloggs@abccorp.com).
• Provided real time access to group outlook calendars, contacts and public folders.
• Secured the email environment by implementing anti spam and anti-virus solutions
By introducing and implementing this simple strategy we were able to dramatically improve how this business communicates.
