Our IT Support Package EXCELLE comes in four levels – BRONZE, SILVER, GOLD and PLATINUM, each designed to accommodate your particular IT needs. EXCELLE allows for better cost forecasting as you pay a single price per month for all your users. EXCELLE also comes with unlimited help desk and remote support and up to 10hrs FREE onsite support time. You can find out more about EXCELLE here.

Not every business may want or require a lengthy IT Support contract so we provide Pay As You Go options that gives you the flexibility to enjoy our support without any contractual commitments. You don’t get the generous discounts enjoyed by our contract clients but you do get the same level of support -you simply pay as you use – prices from £35/hr.
