Steve Palmer, Technical Services Director of Supreme Systems, heads the Technical Services Department where “the magic happens”. A heavy weight IT Professional, Steve holds a BSc in Information Technology; is an MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer) and has over 15 years experience in the industry – working with industry giants such as IBM, News International and Reed Elsevier .

If Steve is the Chief Architect, then Mr Gillis is his Chief Executor. Richard is Senior Technical Services Engineer and looks after the Technical Support section. Jack of all trades (and master of all) Richard is an MCSE, a graduate of Birmingham University and an alumni of Oxford University. Richard, a sharepoint wiz, dazzles with his knowledge and disarms troubled clients with his calm reassuring way. You can be safe in the knowledge that your business is in safe hands.

Rashid is the person we go to when we need to dig deep to resolve your issues. His quiet, calm and reserved personality does not mask his enthusiasm and constant quest to “know more”, Rashid is always eager to learn and equally eager to please.

Rashid is a graduate of Birmingham City University and is currently studying for his MCSE.

Ms Patel aka “the Wiz” looks after all our software design work and what marvellous work she produces. From ADD INs to page crawlers to document management systems, no software is too big (or too complex) for the beautiful mind of Ms Rashmi to tackle.

Angela Hart is the Client Services Manager at Supreme Systems overseeing both the Sales Department and Client Services Department. Angela will normally be the first “experience” you have of the Supreme Way. Not a fan of the hard sell, Angela is an avid believer in building concrete relationships with the client first – her favourite motto is “understand your customer, exceed their every expectation and you are sure to keep their business”

Angela holds a BSc in Business Accounting and has over 8 years sales experience.

If selling were an art form, Sandra would be it’s Picasso. With over 5 years sales experience Sandra brings the personal touch to the sales process. “People buy People” is her favourite mantra – believing that in order to get people to buy from you, you must first get them to trust you.

Mina Cookey is Supreme Systems’ Training Guru managing our range of IT Courses. A calming and approachable personality, Mina will ensure that each course is tailored to suit your needs in order to ensure you and your team are trained to the standards you require.

Mina holds a BA Honours in Business Studies, is a CIM full member (MCIM) and is a Train to Gain Consultant.

Laura may not get involved in the technical aspects of the business nor does she play a part in sales and marketing. Nevertheless she plays a vital role in the business overseeing our finance section.

After a winning pitch from the sales team followed by an unsurpassed service from the technical department, Laura completes the cycle by generating invoices for the outstanding work we provide!
